Employment, social and professional integration in a newly established social enterprise

Social enterprises exist and have a place in all spheres of economic activity - production, trade and services. The EU is actively supporting the creation of an SE as a source of jobs, especially for groups of people who find it difficult to find a job for a number of reasons. The project is aimed at setting up a SE on the territory of Ugarchin in the field of trade in food and packaged goods in order to facilitate access to employment and to promote the social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups by creating suitable conditions for their professional and social integration. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the outlined objectives and priorities of the Local initiative group-Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin and HRD OP 2014-2020 and includes activities showing a different way of economic activity that mixes the ingenuity of the business with a social mission, the skillful combination and balance of social and economic goals. The SE will achieve a measurable, positive social impact on individuals from vulnerable. The main activities included in the project are: -Recruitment and employment of unemployed and / or inactive people and people with disabilities and material provision of jobs; -Equipment for workplaces; -Providing entrepreneurship training for effective SE management; -Information and communication; -Organisation and Management. Six new jobs will be created for unemployed and / or inactive persons: -up to 29 years of age; -long-term unemployed; -with disabilities; -person over 54 years. The main objective of the project is to ensure easy access to employment and to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by revealing the SP and creating the right conditions for social and professional integration in the sphere of the social economy. Through the project will be implemented a new model for the creation of employment and development of the labor force for the territory of the Local initiative group.
