Support for social, labor and health integration in the municipality of Glavinitsa

The project aims to contribute to improve the quality of life, social inclusion and poverty reduction, as well as to the sustainable social and labor integration of the most marginalized communities in the municipality of Glavinitsa. Specific objectives: 1.Supporting the social and labor market integration of marginalized groups through: labor mediation; professional orientation towards active behavior on the labor market; promoting entrepreneurship and ensuring the employment of 15 persons from the marginalized communities in the municipality of Glavinitsa. 2.Improvement of access to social and health services through social and health care facilities, health trainings and support for individuals and families from vulnerable groups. 3.Development of local communities and overcoming the negative stereotypes through the construction and provision of a Community Center in support of vulnerable and marginalized communities in the municipality of Glavinitsa with the participation of all stakeholders. The target group is 100 persons, incl. of the Roma community and others. ethnic groups; people at risk and/or victims of discrimination, people from underdeveloped areas. As a result, inactive people from the municipality will be activated, the target group will be oriented towards employment or self-employment, trainings and consultations will be held to promote entrepreneurship, innovative integrated social and health services will be provided, a community center to support vulnerable and marginalized communities. The objectives of the project contribute to solving the identified needs of the target groups: unemployment, poverty and social exclusion; lack of education and health culture; ignorance of institutions working for vulnerable groups; lack of opportunity and knowledge of parents about the health and development of their children, the danger of social exclusion due to social exclusion, exclusion and marginalization. Duration of the project - 16 months.
