The project proposal envisages the implementation of activities to extend the activities of Hourly Service Centers for Social Inclusion in the community or in the home environment already created or supported by the HRD OP 2014-2020 under the Operation Independent Living ". Preservation of the personal freedom and dignity of the representatives of the target group as a basic rule in the work of the persons employed in the activities, is still applicable, which continues the application of this basic principle in previous implemented actions.
