SOCIO-ECONOMIC INTEGRATION OF VULNERABLE GROUPS IN SHUMEN MUNICIPALITY

The creation of mechanisms and conditions for active inclusion of vulnerable groups in the economic and social life of the municipality of Shoumen, characterized by a mixed population of different ethnic groups, is a key prerequisite for preventing the multiplication of the model of social exclusion. The overall goal is to increase the quality of life, social inclusion and poverty reduction, lasting integration of the representatives of vulnerable groups through the implementation of measures and the implementation of an integrated approach on the territory of the municipality. Expected results and activities: supporting the integration of the labor market of vulnerable groups and creating 60 jobs; ensuring access to education and training for all members of vulnerable groups, including Roma; improved access to social and health services; development of local communities and overcoming the negative stereotypes existing in the society; educational integration of children and students from ethnic minorities.
