CHANCE - An integrated approach for social inclusion

The concept of the project "CHANCE - Integrated approach to social inclusion" focuses on the implementation of complementary activities aimed at an integrated solution to existing problems for individuals and families from vulnerable groups, combined with taking into account their individual needs and requirements. The overall goal of the project is through the introduction and implementation of complex social, health and educational services aimed at socio-economic integration of people from vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Kardzhali to increase the quality of life, to provide opportunities for social inclusion of these groups, while creating the conditions for poverty reduction. The specific objectives are aimed at providing training and employment, as well as improving access to social and health services for members of vulnerable groups. Also, the implementation of the project aims to create conditions for better educational integration of children and students from ethnic minorities. The target groups of the project include the persons and their family members who will be accommodated in the built social housing, as well as those in disadvantaged position. The project includes activities ensuring the implementation of the measures of the "social package" as part of the service "Social housing", namely - motivational and vocational training, employment, raising health culture and providing conditions for improving the educational level of their children.
