Social inclusion of representatives of vulnerable groups in the territory of Hisarya municipality

The project is aimed at socio-economic integration, improving access to employment and social-health. services in the community and promoting the full participation in the public life of representatives of vulnerable groups within the territory of Hisarya municipality. Specific objectives: 1. Activating the available potential and increasing the competitiveness of the labor market; 2. Improving the quality of life of representatives of the target group by engaging in employment, providing access to social and health services and targeted activities for the development of local communities and overcoming the negative stereotypes; The project, in compliance with the principles of transparency, information and non-discrimination, will include 30 persons representing the following eligible target groups: • Representatives of the Roma community • other disadvantaged people The project targets the target groups most at risk of marginalization and falling below the poverty line. The following activities will be carried out under the project: 1. Activation of icon inactive persons; 2. Psychological assistance; 3. Provision of mot.training for active job search; 4.Training on class competence; 5. Engaging in employment; 6. Improving access to and provision of quality social and health services, incl. integrated cross-sectoral services according to the specific needs of the target group; 7. Raising awareness about social and health rights. Promoting family planning and responsible parenting; 8. Increasing the health culture; 9.Developing local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes. The implementation of the planned activities will create preconditions for sustainable employment, formation of active behavior in the labor market, acquisition of vocational and labor skills, improvement of the standard of living of the participants, through access to integrated social and health support services and provision of labor income.
