For the integration of marginalized communities, inclusion in employment and overcoming negative stereotypes

Main goal of the project: Socio-economic integration of marginalized groups in the area of ​​LAG Hisarya, including maintaining access to footwear, trying to appear before employment, social and health integration and initiatives to overcome negative stereotypes. The design is aimed at the following group of groups: - Roma, incl. young people up to 29 years of age and / or over 54 years of age and others at risk - Disadvantaged participants, incl. young people up to 29 years of age and / or over 54 years of age and others at risk The project will create more favorable conditions for inclusion of inactive, unemployed and vulnerable groups on the labor market by providing employment to 6 people for a period of 6 months. The planned activities are: Area I. Activity 1. Activation, information and consulting, incl. psychological support of inactive representatives of the target group Area I. Activity 2. Providing training for acquiring professional qualification Area I. Activity 3. Providing training for acquiring key competence Area I. Activity 4. Inclusion in employment of 6 persons from the target group Direction II. Activity 5. Raising awareness about the social and health rights of the target groups; Promoting family planning. Direction IV. Activity 6. Development of local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes
