United for the integration of marginalized communities in the municipality of Hissarya

The project is aimed at people from the target groups who are most at risk of marginalization and falling below the poverty line. It provides support for the process of integration of marginalized communities, improving access to employment and promoting the full participation in public life of representatives of vulnerable groups in the municipality of Hissarya. The project will carry out activities: 1 Activation of economically inactive persons 2 Providing motivational training 3 Training in key competencies 4 Trainings for acquiring professional qualification 5 Inclusion in employment 6 Raising the awareness of the representatives of the target group about social and health rights. Improving the health culture of the representatives of the target group. 7 Development of local communities and overcoming negative stereotypes The project will include representatives from the following target groups: - Disadvantaged participants - Roma Employment of 5 people from the target group will be provided for a period of 6 months. The implementation of the planned activities will create preconditions for sustainable employment, formation of active behavior on the labor market, acquisition of professional and labor skills, improvement of the living standard of the participants and their well-being.
