"Center for rehabilitation, physiotherapy and specialized assistance in support of persons from vulnerable groups"

The project proposal is aimed at improving the quality of life of socially vulnerable and at-risk groups in the Municipality of Cherven bryag, by providing integrated health and social services at home and in the community in order to overcome social exclusion and poverty. The provision of quality hourly integrated community and home based services is a mechanism to prevent the risk of going to an institution. The project activities will create conditions for the acquisition of skills for independent living, consistent with the physical and social status of users and will upgrade already implemented projects in the municipality under OPRCHR, as they overlap with the objectives of Measure 6 of the LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven shore - Iskar "and will respond to the need to provide adequate and specialized assistance to the target group. For the provision of hourly services within the CRPSA, persons will be hired to serve the needy in the respective territory. The provision of the services will be based on the identified needs and problems and the individual social assessment of the representatives of the target group in need of constant care and inability to self-care. We plan to serve 140 people under the project. The home care service will be provided at the homes of the users. In order to provide better services, we envisage that the complex of social, health, psychological and rehabilitation services be provided on an hourly basis, both in the CRPSA and in the homes of consumers. "MBAL - Cherven Bryag" EOOD has its own specialized car, which will be transported by consumers from their homes to the CRPSA and back (if they wish). All project activities are aimed at building a sustainable model for quality provision of health and social services on the territory of Cherven bryag municipality and are organized in a way that guarantees optimal use of human and financial resources.
