Opening of a Center for Support of Disabled Persons and Their Families, Including Multiple Disabilities in Isperih

The main focus of the project is to provide quality care for people with disabilities, including severe multiple disabilities and their families on the territory of Isperih Municipality. To achieve this goal, a DCLTMU will be set up to provide comprehensive support to the target groups by providing integrated social services in the community. Through integrated integrated measures of innovative nature, the aim is to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, to overcome social exclusion, to prevent the institutionalization of persons with disabilities, to motivate and encourage participation in the labor market of parents and relatives caring for dependent members of the family. The activities are in accordance with the procedures, and include: Repair, furnishing, equipment of the building stock and purchase of a specialized vehicle for the provision of services according to the needs of the target group; Recruitment, training and supervision; Provision of day and hour services at the Disability Support Center, including severe multiple disabilities; mobile work, counseling, information and support, including to carers of the target group at home; Provision of therapeutic and specialized assistance, rehabilitation, providing support for access to other services, referrals, as per individual needs; providing support for families with disabilities through short-term placement at the Center.
