Center for Support of Persons with Disabilities and their Families - Kyustendil

The project envisages the establishment of a Center for Support for Persons with Disabilities and their Families, incl. with severe multiple disabilities in the territory of a municipality Kyustendil. The center will create conditions and prerequisites for investing in integrated measures aimed at improving access to social and health services for persons with disabilities, incl. with severe multiple disabilities, and support will be provided for their families caring for these individuals. The Center will provide comprehensive services and quality care for people with disabilities, incl. with severe disabilities through support for the development and comprehensive care of these individuals and their families. At the same time, carers of dependent family members will be supported through measures to facilitate their access to the labor market and their return to the real labor market, as well as psychological support. Disability Support Center and their families, incl. with severe multiple disabilities will provide substitute care, daily, half-day and hourly services such as care, rehabilitation, therapy, counseling, information and support, including caregivers at home, mobile services and other supportive activities according to the specifics and needs of the target group.
