Through the implementation of the project, which will create a municipal social enterprise "Maintenance of green systems on the territory of the municipality of Polski Trambesh", the living conditions of the municipality will be improved. Lack of employment is one of the main causes of poverty and social exclusion in the municipality. The social enterprise created under the project will function differently from all other forms of business union. The big and significant difference is that this new form of entrepreneurship in the municipality will use innovative approaches to implement certain social goals as a result of its activity. The main feature of the established social enterprise is that it will give priority to social and economic goals - especially when selecting staff and distributing positive financial results. It will be an enterprise that will skillfully combine public contribution and economic initiative. The municipal social enterprise "Maintenance of green systems on the territory of the municipality of Polski Trambesh", established under the project, will perform a public function, stimulate employment and improve living conditions in the municipality. The Polski Trambesh GD system is designed to improve the living environment and the appearance of the settlements on the territory of the municipality by maintaining ecological, recreational, aesthetic and protective-meliorative functions. The project is targeted at the target group: People at a disadvantage on the labor market and other socially excluded persons - inactive or unemployed people with lower competitiveness on the labor market.
