Socio-economic integration of marginalized communities on the territory of Ugarchin municipality

The project is also aimed at facilitating easy access to employment and socio-economic integration of vulnerable groups, people with low competitiveness on the labor market, low education, representatives of marginalized communities, etc. socially excluded, providing them with jobs, income, sustainable employment, improving access to social and health services, enhancing health culture, etc. The main objective of the project proposal is the socio-economic development of the municipality of Ugarchin, providing new jobs, reducing poverty and social inclusion, in particular increasing the number of vulnerable ethnic communities involved in employment, education, training, social and health services with an outstanding focus on the Roma community. The planned activities in the project proposal are in the context of the set objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and The strategy local initiative group Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugyrchin 2014-2020. The main activities included in the project initiative are: -Encouraging access to employment; -Improving access to social and health services; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities are aimed at reaching different risk groups in the labor market, focusing on the Roma and providing equal opportunities for counseling and helping them to drop out of the group of economically inactive people on the labor market, providing employment, training and support for raising of their health culture and raising awareness of their social and health rights.
