The project proposal targets improving the quality of life of disabled people and their families in the Gotse Delchev Municipality, by providing supportive services, conducting trainings and improving their access to employment. The project's general goal will be achieved by completing two specific goals: -Encouraging equal employment opportunity and labor market integration for people taking care of dependent family members and disabled people by providing training and implementing complex measures for individual labor realization support. -Ease access to employment for disabled people and members of family with children, inclusive by providing supportive integrated social and health services in the community and in family environment. The project includes 20 participants of following target groups – families with children, including children with disabilities and those at risk; people with disabilities (over 18) and their families. The choice of planned activities is according to the identified needs of the target groups for complex measures for support of personal autonomy, professional and social inclusion. Over a 12 months period following activities will be performed with members of the target groups: -Realization of integrated methods for motivating and encouraging labor market participation of unemplyed/ inactive people, taking care of dependent family members. -Support in finding employment and improving access to employment for disabled people of working age, including by integrated complex measures and providing supportive innovative services in the community. -Trainings for people with disabilities and family members taking care of dependent family members, including trainings for acquiring key competencies. The completion of the planned activities will contribute to activating people with disabilities and their families for complete integration into social life, achieved by facilitating their access to employment.
