Socio-economic integration of marginalized communities on the territory of LAG - Maritza Municipality, through the implementation of complex measures aimed at highly vulnerable groups in the labor market and the implementation of an integrated approach

The analyzes carried out in the process of preparation of the CLLD Strategy highlight a number of problems and needs on the territory of Maritsa Municipality. Some of these problems are related to the marginalization of individual communities, the most significant being the problem with the Roma community, which also forms a significant share of the unemployed in the unskilled labor market. This group of unemployed persons is uncompetitive in the labor market and forms a major part of the contingent of long-term unemployed persons. Another major problem in Roma population centers is the lack of knowledge in the field of health culture, which is one of the reasons for the high fertility rate of minors in the territory. Equally important are the limited access to social and health services, as well as participation in the formulation of local policies that lead to their social exclusion. The project is aimed at target groups that are the most vulnerable groups in the labor market - unemployed / inactive Roma, long-term unemployed (with a registration in the Labor Office for more than 12 months), people over 54 years of age, people with permanent disabilities , unemployed / inactive persons with low education / below secondary /. A set of measures are planned, which will be implemented in an integrated way to achieve the expected results. The proposal includes a set of four sub-activities that fall under three of the eligible areas of the procedure: 1.7. Engaging in employment; 3.4. Promoting family planning and responsible parenting; 3.5. Improving the health culture; 4.4. Support for the involvement of the target groups in the process of forming and implementing national and local policies. Expected results: - Active inclusion in the labor market and raising the labor income of the target groups; - ensuring equal access to quality health and social services; - building social skills among vulnerable groups and reducing their social exclusion.
