So different, so much the same

The project proposal "So different, so much the same" is targeted at the most vulnerable groups on the labor market - unemployed / inactive Roma, long-term unemployed, people with permanent disabilities, unemployed / inactive with low education / below average. This project provides symbiotic and complementary intervention approaches covering a wide range of people who meet the criteria of the target group, namely: 19 people not covered by employment and / or education; 30 women with low educational, social and health status; 80 children from disadvantaged families aged 5-6 years; 20 Roma families with school-age children.The project proposal aims to contribute to improving the quality of life, social inclusion and poverty reduction, as well as the lasting integration of the most marginalized communities, including the Roma, mainly in four settlements on the territory of Maritza Municipality - Dink, with .Kalekovets, Rogosh and Manole villages, but other places of residence in the municipality if necessary.These 4 settlements were chosen because of the high concentration of Roma population on their territory. A set of measures are being planned that will be implemented in an integrated manner to achieve the expected results. The proposal includes a set of six activities that are within the scope of the eligible sections of the procedure and will be completed within 18 months: 1. Identification of persons from the target group; 2. Provision of motivational training for active job search to the representatives of the target group; 3. Provision of health counseling / health mediation for women from the target group; 4. Interest clubs for preschool children; 5. Mom, Dad and I Club for families with school-age children; 6. Providing temporary employment.
