"Integrated Approach for Socio-Economic Integration of Marginalized Groups in Kotel Municipality"

The main objective of the project is to increase the qualification of people from marginalized communities such as Roma and disadvantaged people and are a major part of the highly vulnerable groups on the labor market (long-term unemployed with registration over 12 months in DBL and / or unemployed persons with permanent disabilities) and employment of successfully completed vocational training. In order to achieve these goals, people from marginalized communities and 10 of them will be included in motivational training, where they will gain basic knowledge and orientation for choosing professional development and realization. They will be divided into two groups of 5, who will receive training for acquiring professional qualification for the professions "Health Assistant" and "Assistant of Social Activities". They will also undergo training under KC4 - "Digital Competence". After the successful completion of the training of the 10 persons from the marginalized groups, employment will be provided for the acquired professions for a period of 12 months. The project will also appoint an expert - "Psychologist" who will consult people from marginalized groups, trainees selection and the process of providing social and health care. Offices needrd for 4 teams will be repaired and equipped. Employee work will involve direct, individual and group work in the community to increase awareness of training and employment opportunities, enhance health knowledge and access to health information, and expand the reach of disadvantaged, health-care, habits and health culture and support for disadvantaged families. In order to promote the cultural identity of the Roma ethnicity, including in the field of traditional activities and talents (crafts and arts) and to overcome negative stereotypes towards the Roma, the participation of Roma people will be involved and take part in the annual "Festival of Ethnicity, and cultural heritage "in the town of Kotel.
