Gotse Delchev Municipality with care for people with disabilities and disadvantaged people

The overall project objective is to improve the quality of life by ensuring sustainable access to integrated services for social inclusion in the community of people with disabilities, people over 65 not able of self-care and adults at risk in the municipality of Gotse Delchev. The specific objectives are: - To improve at local level the provision of integrated cross-sectoral services for people with disabilities, people over 65, not able of self-care and elderly people at risk, by extending the activities of the Center for hourly provision of social inclusion services in the community or in their home environment, created under the OP "New Opportunities" of HRD OP 2014-2020. -To improve the access of disabled people and lonely, elderly people to quality social inclusion services tailored to their individual needs. The project target group includes 22 individuals representing the following vulnerable groups: - Disabled; - people over 65 with limited or inability to self-serve. The project proposal is aimed at meeting the immediate needs of care and assistance in solving the everyday problems of self-service and handling domestic activities, meeting the social needs of communication and creating opportunities for social inclusion in community life. Therefore, the main activity to be implemented is the provision of supportive services, incl. integrated cross-sectoral services in the community or in their home environment for elderly people (over 65 in the inability to self-service) and disabled people. Within 8 months, people in the target groups will be provided with hourly services and care to meet their daily needs and communal and household activities, support and counseling to meet their leisure time needs, access to social, cultural, educational and other community services, networking and social inclusion in community life.
