SOCIAL ENTERPRISE "SOUVENIRS AND CULTURE WORKSHOP"

The project will implement activities related to the establishment and operation of a social enterprise for the production of souvenirs and promotional materials, which will provide opportunities for personal and professional realization, support and assistance to 12 disabled people and / or other vulnerable groups, providing an opportunity to develop their personal potential and social inclusion and integration. Through the implementation of the project, access to employment will be provided and support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups will be provided through the creation of a social enterprise for the production of souvenirs, advertising materials and cultural products. period of 12 months. The project will implement activities related to the selection of representatives of target groups, the establishment of a Support Center providing integrated services, the establishment and functioning of a Social Enterprise and the provision of employment and social support for persons from vulnerable groups, the purchase of equipment, furniture and materials, developing and implementing a Marketing Strategy to ensure the marketing of the output of the social enterprise. The implementation of the project will require a new successful economic model, representing an alternative way of solving social and social problems and through which a number of social products will be implemented - employment, flexibility, solidarity, innovation, social cohesion, personal and professional development of every person involved. This is an opportunity through which the active social and employment integration of vulnerable groups will be promoted, through the provision of motivational and social support and training. The implementation of the project will respect all the basic horizontal principles of HRD OP 2014-2020, with the individual approach and respect for the personality of each of the representatives of the target group as the main place.
