"TUNDZHA" SOCIAL PLATFORM - OPPORTUNITIES FOR ACTIVE INCLUSION IN THE SMALL SETTLEMENTS OF RURAL TYPE "

The project proposal offers opportunities for active inclusion and quality care for children at risk, elderly people, children and elderly people with disabilities, as well as members of their families. The planned activities are expected to implement an integrated model for the delivery of services with a motivating and socializing effect, as well as to improve access to career development services and participation in the labor market of their family members. The territorial scope of the project activities will guarantee equal access to the services and resources of the representatives of the local communities from all 44 rural settlements in Municipality Tundzha. Two new centers will be set up within the project, offering hourly services to at-risk persons, incl. children with disabilities and adults with disabilities, as well as providing support services for their families. A multidisciplinary mobile team will be formed under the project to serve hourly service centers, retirement clubs and provide home support on a timely basis for children and people with disabilities in order to fully deliver integrated social and health interventions combined with adequate mechanisms for socialization. In this way, through the implementation of this project, an innovative, integrated and socializing intervention for active inclusion in the community will be formulated and implemented, targeting children, the elderly and their families, using the resources of community centers, available retirement clubs and a mobile team. The implementation of the project will improve access to conditions and opportunities for social life, prevent secondary marginalization in small rural settlements by creating career opportunities, participation in the labor market, socialization activities and community activities. Equal opportunities for independence and social integration of vulnerable groups living in the territory of Municipality Tundzha will be given.
