Improving access to social services and better employability in Tundja Municipality

is an organization registered as a social enterprise, which develops active social activity in support of children in the territory of Tundzha municipality, taking into account the specificity and needs of social services in the region. The organization applies an innovative approach to support children and their families, fully tailored to the specific conditions and needs of marginalized groups in the municipality. The main objective of the project is to develop a Community Support Center providing integrated social inclusion services and quality care for at-risk children and their families, and to encourage their participation in the labor market. With this project, the Foundation will undertake a number of activities to support at-risk children and their families, providing psychological and pedagogical support, social counseling and social care services. The implementation of the project will lead to the provision of a number of social services intended for children and families in order to prevent abandonment of children, prevent aggressive behavior, violence and drop out of the education system and build skills for independent living and social integration. In order to carry out these activities, staff will be recruited to work actively to achieve the objectives of the Foundation and in particular of the project. The implementation of the project activities will lead to the following results: - Access to basic social and health services will be improved; - Social integration of vulnerable groups in the LAG will be achieved, leading to poverty reduction; - Employment rates for people with disabilities and family members caring for people with disabilities will increase. The activities implemented will contribute to the successful implementation of the horizontal principles of equal opportunities with regard to the inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the labor market and equality between men and women.
