The project proposal aims at overcoming the social isolation of vulnerable groups in the territory of Aksakovo municipality. Within the project activities will be undertaken to increase the competences and activate the labor market of people with disabilities and carers of dependents, family members through the provision of vocational guidance counseling, key competency trainings. The project will promote the model of provision of integrated social health services for adults and children at risk, for people with disabilities by providing a mobile innovative cross-sectoral service.
