Mobile on-site team for prevention, support and social inclusion of children, adults with disabilities and their relatives

The following needs will be addressed: diversifying the social and health services provided and extending their reach on the field; an increase in the number of persons providing personal assistance services; providing access to adequate and flexible part-time care for children, incl. with disabilities in a family environment, according to their needs, in line with rising demand; educational and advisory services for professional realization and sustainable employment. 60 persons will be included: 25 children, including with disabilities and 25 parents from their families 10 persons with disabilities and their families General objective: To improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people on the territory of Devnya municipality, giving them the right of choice, independence and dignity through a variety of social and health services for social inclusion and integration in the labor market Specific objectives: Expanding the opportunities for providing innovative, integrated and multisectoral social and health services to people with disabilities, dependents and their families Identifying people's attitudes, building mutual trust and satisfying the needs identified in the most effective way Improving access to employment for people with disabilities and motivating carers for dependent family members by providing up-to-date information on labor market demand and learning opportunities Enhancing the qualification of persons from the target groups, acquiring knowledge and skills needed to increase their adequacy of the labor market Results: Various social and health services provided Established Attitudes Improved access to employment Enhanced qualification Broken stereotypes about people with disabilities Activities: Preparation and provision of innovative social and health services Motivational and psychological support Support for finding job, motivating Trainings Presentation of the opportunities of people with disabilities
