The implementation of the project will provide affordable, high quality and sustainable services for people with disabilities and their families, seniors at risk and people over 65 years of age unable to self-serve with one of the effective tools to improve their quality of life and their full inclusion in society. Improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups, access to social services in the community and the labor market through the introduction of complex actions on the territory of Strazhitsa municipality.The activities are of great importance for the municipality, as for the elderly and the disabled, the prospects and opportunities for re-socialization are small and they rely solely on their relatives.An innovative integrated social health service will be launched through mobile teams, a Social Services Bureau will be functioning, thus providing the necessary social services for the vulnerable groups in the municipality.Initiatives will be taken to inform and present the opportunities of persons with disabilities, their positive role in society in order to break stereotypes and change the attitudes of the society and employers towards them by informing them sufficiently about the opportunities of people with disabilities.
