Social inclusion of vulnerable groups in NPO Dragostin

NGO Dragostin is a non-governmental organization registered as a social enterprise, which since its inception has been actively developing social activities in the region, supporting disadvantaged people, providing motivational training and providing support and opportunities for the development of vulnerable groups. For the purposes of this procedure, these are adults with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities. This project proposal aims to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups and create conditions for their professional integration. The project is aimed at vulnerable groups, including disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded people. The overall goal of the project proposal will be achieved through the planned activities, including hiring disadvantaged people, as well as psychological support and motivation of people from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment. The project proposal includes a consultation with a certified and experienced psychologist of the target groups set in the project proposal in order to solve problems arising from long-term exclusion from society to acquire basic techniques for coping with stress and increase self-esteem of the target group, as well as to acquire skills for successful coping in the workplace and / or adaptation to working conditions. The candidate expects to achieve long-term results by acquiring skills for active behavior on the labor market, which will increase professional qualification and lead to permanent employment. The project proposal will provide jobs for 7 people falling into the target group of disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded people. For the needs of the individuals, equipment will be purchased to ensure the stability of the workplaces, as well as to ensure the acquisition of professional and personal skills and knowledge with the current needs of the labor market.
