Social enterprise for people with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities

This project is motivated by the need to create real conditions for personal and professional realization, provided support to 8 people with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities living in social services in the community, giving the opportunity to develop their personal potential and assist in social inclusion and inclusion in society. Through the development of a new activity in the social enterprise, namely a professional house manager, measures are envisaged to support persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities in their inclusion in the labor market. Prerequisites will be created for the development of skills in individuals and their inclusion in society. The main goal of the project proposal is to provide support for independent living and social inclusion of 8 people with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities living in social services in the community of residential type. The project will last 14 months and includes the following activities: 1. Selection and provision of employment type "protected working environment" for 8 representatives of the eligible target group under the procedure; 2. Social and professional integration of the persons through labor mentoring, psychological support and development of skills; 3. Adaptation and equipment of the newly created 8 jobs. The implementation of the project will materialize in the following results: support of the existing social enterprise and promotion of the development of social entrepreneurship, professional integration and creation of new sustainable jobs for people with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities, provided social and professional support to support the social inclusion and inclusion in the society of the included representatives of the admissible target group for transition to the real labor market and facilitation of the access to employment.
