Successful life and personal effectiveness through occupational rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders

Main object: Creating conditions for employment and support of social inclusion of vulnerable groups through professional integration in the field of social economy. Through the provided employment in the social enterprises of the persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities, their participation in the life of the community will be encouraged and their social exclusion will be overcome. Specific objectives: 1) Psychological support and motivation of people with disabilities and disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded people. 2) Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the field of social entrepreneurship - integration of the target group, the creation, development and restoration of skills, as well as a way to achieve independence and avoid the risk of isolation. 3) Creating organizational, financial, material and resource prerequisites for ensuring employment of persons from vulnerable groups. 4) Approval and popularization of social entrepreneurship, through research and offering for market realization of the manufactured goods and services under the project proposal.
