MOBILE TEAM - AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONS WITH MENTAL DISABILITIES AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES

The main purpose of the project proposal is to create and develop a mobile team at the Autism Today Association, which through an innovative approach will contribute to the personal development of persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities. Within the project specialists will be recruited to work with the target group and appropriate equipment and materials will be purchased to carry out the activities envisaged. The aim of the applicant with this project is to contribute to the fuller support and social inclusion of persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities in residential care, including in specialized institutions through the implementation of activities in the field of social inclusion through the formation of personal and personal skills. development and more. The implementation of the project activities also aims at expanding the opportunities for improving the quality of life of persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities placed in residential services. In order to fulfill the set goals and to achieve the set results, it is envisaged to implement the following activities and measures under the project: - Formation of a mobile team at the Autism Today Association. - Implement its own program for support and social inclusion of persons with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities using residential care. The own program will expand the range of community-based services by providing psychosocial rehabilitation and support to people with mental health and intellectual disabilities who are receiving residential care. In the implementation of the project proposal, Autism Today Association will respect the horizontal principles of HRD OP and adhere to the principles of humanity and solidarity by providing accessible and quality social services.
