“For the Good Future"

The “For the Good Future” project will ensure sustainable integration in the labor market of young people at risk from 16 to 29 years old, including those with disabilities, including those at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalized communities and young people from 16 to 29 years old with disabilities placed in community resident services by providing training, vocational training and employment by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. The project provides employment for young people at risk from 16 to 29 years of age, including disabilities, by expanding the existing social enterprise. Association "Health, Culture, Self-esteem, Integrated Sustainable Development" was entered in the Register of Social Enterprises in February, 2020. The project envisages expanding the activity of the social enterprise by building a workshop for preparing food preparations for the social service "Public Dining Room". The activities envisaged in the project are: purchase of equipment; selection, training and training of a total of six young people at risk from 16 to 29 years old, including with disabilities. All persons involved in the project activities will be included in training for the acquisition of professional qualification for profession "Worker in restaurants and entertainment", code 811090. The six will be appointed as Assistant Chefs on a twelve month contract within the project. The project activities related to training will be carried out by an organization registered in the Register of Vocational Training Centers. The prepared food will be used to increase the capacity of the social service "Public Dining Room", which is currently being offered on the territory of Varna, thus achieving sustainability of the activities after the completion of the project. The project will provide services that will generate social returns for the community.
