NEW CHANCE FOR REALIZATION

The NEW CHANCE FOR REALIZATION project aims to support the development and inclusion in the society of young people at risk from 16 to 29 years of age from the Pleven district who are neither in education and training nor registered as actively seeking employment in the Directorate "Bureau of Labor". The project started with an information campaign to be conducted by the partner - the NEW OPPORTUNITY ASSOCIATION on the territory of Pleven region and the identification of at least 30 young people who meet the criteria for the target group. With each of them will beindividual work carried out by a multidisciplinary team of specialists to identify their needs, psychological support and motivation for acquiring active behavior on the labor market and directing them through the following possible "paths" for activation - registering with the Labor Office Directorate; targeting the labor market or engaging in job-training. At least 15 of the identified individuals will be provided with motivational training for acquiring active behavior on the labor market and vocational training in the part of the profession 'BUILDER' code 582030.The motivational training will be carried out by the partner NEW OPPORTUNITY ASSOCIATION, and an external contractor will be selected for the vocational training. During the trainings the young people will receive scholarships of 10 BGN and for the travelers of 5 BGN. Both trainings will be held in Pleven. 12 of the successful graduates will be provided employment for a period of 12 months, 8 hours a day and will receive MOD salary for the profession. During the first three months of their employment, they will be provided with mentors to support their professional development. Equipment of the newly created 12 jobs is also planned to be purchased.After the completion of the project, the chances of young people to be successful in the labor market will be significantly improved due to the acquired professional qualifications and work experience.
