A hand in hand for the integration of young people at risk and their inclusion in society at Fashion ARB LTD.

The project proposal envisages, by means of the grant awarded under this procedure, to encourage and market on the labor market a target group of 12 at-risk youth, including those with disabilities from 16 to 29 years of age outside education and training, for employment in the period from 12 months. The young people will be assigned to employment contracts, they will be provided with mentoring by the employees of the company. Each mentor will be responsible for a minimum of 3 people from the target group and will be engaged for a minimum of 40 hours per month with the entrusted group of young people. The project proposal envisages the purchase of equipment for 9 of the newly created jobs, which will be filled by the representatives of the target group included in the project. Supported by the BFP, the employer will create real preconditions, through social and professional integration, mentoring and training, for the development of the target group youth and their decent inclusion in society. During the project, a good combination of knowledge, skills, work habits and experience of the target group will be achieved, which will meet the requirements of the labor market and will allow 12 young people at risk to lead more independently. life.
