Professional integration of young people from housing and community services in the social enterprise SOCIAL TRAVEL Ltd

This project proposal is in full compliance with the National Strategy "Vision for Deinstitutionalization of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria", as well as with the Updated Action Plan to it. The project includes a range of activities for the formation of skills for independence, learning and work, as well as support for personal development for 9 young people from 16 to 29, incl. disabled people in community residential services and young people at risk from 16 to 29, incl. with disabilities, which is his target group. It is envisaged that the project activities will be implemented on the territory of Sofia Municipality. The main objective of the project is to create preconditions for the development (social, professional and personal) of 9 young people from the target group and to support their inclusion in society by providing employment. As a result of the implementation of the project, the 9 young people will be included in the labor market and will be given the opportunity for development and social and professional integration, thus being able to pass to the group of young, active and competitive participants in the labor market. The implementation of the project guarantees the successful inclusion in the society of the persons from the target group, which fully corresponds with the National long-term care strategy, as well as with Direction 1 of the Regional Strategy for the Development of Social Services in Sofia District (2016 - 2020).
