EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT – SUPPORT FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING

General project objective: Creating the environment for labour integration of 22 beneficiaries - 10 economically inactive and 12 unemployed young people at risk from 16 to 29 years old from Ruse - a necessary condition for their professional development, social inclusion and independent living. Specific objective 1: Labour market inclusion of 10 economically inactive young people at risk from Ruse; Specific objective 2: Enlarging the employment capacity of 22 beneficiaries /10 economically inactive and 12 unemployed young people at risk/ through motivation and vocational training for socially significant and demanded on the labour market professions: Social assistant, Social activities assistant and Computer operator; Specific objective 3: Promotion of professional development and encouraging the social inclusion of the beneficiaries by providing employment relevant to the acquired qualifications and by support through mentoring; Beneficiaries: totally 22 persons from the target group of Component 1 - 12 unemployed and 10 economically inactive young people at risk from 16 to 29 years old from Ruse; Main activities: Identification and activation for labour market inclusion of 10 economically inactive young people from Ruse, who are neither in education nor in training; Selection and inclusion of 12 unemployed young people at risk from Ruse in the project; Providing motivation and vocational training for 22 project beneficiaries; Providing 6 months employment for at least 18 beneficiaries who have successfully completed vocational training; Providing 3 months professional support through workplace mentoring; Workplace equipment and furnishing for the new job openings for the beneficiaries; Results indicators: at least 18 beneficiaries - inactive and unemployed young people at risk from Ruse, who have acquired qualification and have a job after completion of the project.
