Within the the present project, the medical company "Ambulatory Unit for Primary, Outpatient Medical Care - Dr. Penkova" EOOD ("APIMP-Dr. Penkova" EOOD) will implement measures for activation and integration of young people at risk into training and employment . The target group of the project is economically inactive young people at risk aged 16 to 29 with the following characteristics: - young people leaving residential services in the community; - young people using social services in the community, including young people with disabilities; - young people, victims of abuse, violence, exploitation or any other inhuman or degrading treatment that endangers healthy, psychological and social development. The project will target at least 40 at-risk youth. The project includes the following activities: I. Activities to activate economically inactive youth for their inclusion in the labor market - organizing and conducting an information campaign in Sliven; - primary identification of 40 persons from the target group; - individual work with 20 of the identified persons. II. Provision of motivational training - providing motivational training to 20 young people identified in Action 1. III. Providing employment opportunities - hiring people from the target group - subsidized employment inclusion (per employment contract) of 13 young people identified in Activity 1 and successfully completed training in Activity 2 for a period of 12 months. IV. Employment mentoring for young people for employment - provision of two mentors - employees of the hospital - to newly appointed young people for a period of 6 months. V. Providing incentives to employers to hire unemployed young people - Furnishing and equipment of 9 work places for newly appointed young people in the position of "data entry operators" and "registrars". Project visualization and management activities will also be implemented.
