The purpose of the project proposal is to support young people from vulnerable groups for inclusion in society through social and professional integration. The project aims at facilitating access to employment for vulnerable groups of young people by creating suitable opportunities for the implementation of vulnerable groups involved in employment at the Little House social media shop of the "You are a part of us" Foundation The specific objectives of the project are: Facilitate access to employment for vulnerable groups To create appropriate opportunities for the realization of vulnerable groups involved in employment To promote the social enterprise of the "You are a part of us" Foundation The established social confectionery of the Foundation "You are a part of us" will provide employment opportunities for 6 young people from vulnerable target groups, thus supporting them for inclusion in the community. The project will be implemented in the field of social economy. Within the functioning of the enterprise itself, the representatives of the target group will be trained in working conditions. The share of activities they carry out will gradually increase. The overall process will be organized so that they can be implemented in accordance with their skills, as well as to achieve market success. Successful presentation of a social enterprise - winning clients and fulfilling orders - is both an opportunity for the persons engaged in it to realize and develop, and a testimony to the success of their social integration and employment. The objectives of the project proposal are in line with the objectives of the procedure to support young people to lead a more independent lifestyle by providing professional support and training and employment measures.
