„A chance for young people at risk in the labor market“

At-risk young people, including those with disabilities, need to be provided with measures and actions to enhance their opportunities for independent and independent living and to increase their motivation to participate in employment. In order to promote the integration of young people at risk, a number of specific measures need to be put in place in view of their social status. Considerable attention must be paid to opportunities for personal and professional development, providing a supportive and positive environment, and thereby reducing the risk of poverty and social exclusion. The main objective of the project is to create, through social and professional integration, mentoring and training, prerequisites for the development of at-risk youth, including disability and their inclusion in society. The target group includes: 10 unemployed and inactive youth at risk from 18 to 29, incl. with disabilities living on the territory of Vidin District. In order to achieve the set goals, the following activities are foreseen: activities for activating economically inactive youth for their inclusion in the labor market; providing motivational training, vocational training and key competences; providing employment; job mentoring for young people who are provided with employment and provide incentives for employers to hire unemployed young people. Expected results: • Social adaptation and integration of young people at risk from 18 to 29, incl. with disabilities; • Persons in the target group involved in motivational and job-finding support; • Conducted motivational training, vocational training and key competency training; • Upgraded knowledge, skills and competences of 10 people from the target group; • Increasing the number of young people at risk, incl. with disabilities who have started looking for a job or are employed.
