"Professional and sustainable integration of young people in risk - a new chance for development and their inclusion in the society"

The present project proposal is motivated by the necessity for creation of actual conditions for personal and professional realization, ensured support and assistance to 15 young people, representatives of the target group as created an opportunity for development of their personal potential and contributed to their social inclusion and inclusion in the society. By the new activity in the social enterprise, sewing production would be foreseen measures to support young people in risk by integrating them into the labor market. Prerequisites will be created for the development of the young people and their inclusion in society.The main objective of the project is to ensure a social and sustainable professional integration of young people in risk, through which will be provided prerequisites for their development and their inclusion in the society. The project duration is 16 months with following activities:1.Support for the activity of the social enterprise in connection with the provision of employment and creation of work habits and social skills, type of "protected work environment" by providing an employment for 12 months to 15 persons from the eligible target group under the procedure; 2.Social and professional integration of the young people, providing of support through a work mentoring for conducting of work practice in a real working environment; 3.Adaptation and equipment of the newly created 15 jobs; 4.Information and communication; 5.Project organization and management.The implementation of the project will have the following results: supporting the existing social enterprise and promoting the development of the social entrepreneurship;professional integration and creation of new sustainable jobs for young people in risk;social and professional support helping the social inclusion and inclusion in the society of the included representatives of the eligible target group for transition to the real labor market and facilitation their access to employment.
