"Professional integration of young people and support of existing social enterprise "Progres 333" LTD"

The project proposal is prepared on a base of the necessity for creation of actual conditions for personal and professional integration of 6 young people, representatives of the target group as created an opportunity for their social inclusion and inclusion in the society. By adding of additional new activity in the social enterprise, namely passenger`s taxi transport would be foreseen activities which would support the people from the target group by their integration on the labor market.Conditions will be created for the development of youth at risk and their active participation in the society. The main objective of the present project is to be ensured professional and social integration of young people at risk, representatives of the eligible target group, through which to be provided conditions for the development of young people and their inclusion in the society. The duration of the project activities will cover 15 calendar months and include the following detailed breakdown:1.Support for the activity of the social enterprise in connection with provided employment and creation of work habits and social skills for 12 months to 6 persons from the target group; 2.Social and professional integration of the young people, providing support through mentoring for conducting of a work practice in a real work environment; 3. Adaptation and equipment of the newly created 6 jobs; 4.Project organization and management; 5.Information and communication.The implementation of the project will lead to the following results: creating new sustainable jobs for 6 young people at risk and ensuring their professional integration; providing of support to an existing social enterprise and promoting the social entrepreneurship and the social economy; professional and social support helping the social inclusion and inclusion in the society of the included representatives of the eligible target group for transition to the real labor market and facilitation the access to employment.
