With the implementation of the project proposal will be ensured the creation and provision of a new service for the community on the territory of Dimitrovgrad municipality - Center for care of people with various forms of dementia Dimitrovgrad, for which has been built infrastructure with funds under Operational programme "Regions in Growth" 2014- 2020. The Center is going to provide a range of services and support for people who suffer from different forms of dementia and who need help to carry out their daily activities and/or need some medical care for a long period of time. The project proposal is in line with Action plan for the period 2018-2021 for implementation of the National strategy for a longtime care and is a part of the overall process of building alternative support in the community through providing quality, accesible, effective and sustainable intersectoral services for a long-term care, that are consistent with the individual needs of the users and the real needs of the people in the community.
