The project proposal will create an innovative social service of resident type: Center for care for the elderly in inability to self-care with a capacity of 15 seats. The target groups of the project will be: - elderly people over 65 years of age with disabilities or inability to self-care due to old age, chronic illness or disability. The social service will be provided in a building, municipal property, repaired, reconstructed, equipped and furnished under a grant agreement BG16RFOP001-5.002- C01-0006 for the project "Creation of a new social service" Center for care for elderly people unable to self-care " , funded by the Operational Program "Growing Regions", procedure "Support for deinstitutionalization of social services for adults and people with disabilities" BG16RFOP001-5.002.The period for project implementation was from15.01.2019 to 15.07.2020. The reconstructed building was put into operation with a certificate 22 from 07.07.2020, location LPR IV 4296, quarter 83, according to the current zoning plan of Svishtov, zone II, Svishtov municipality, with administrative address Knyaz Boris Str. First ” 36. This project is in line with the program documents and aims at the deinstitutionalization of people with disabilities and the elderly, and building a host and supportive attitude in society.
