The project proposal envisages the opening and provision of a new type of social services - the Center for Care of Persons with Mental Disorders and the Center for Care of the Elderly incapable of Self-Care, each with a capacity of 15 persons. It will create an opportunity for independent living of the elderly by providing quality, affordable and sustainable long-term care services tailored to the individual needs of consumers. to the maximum degree of independence. The Centers will accommodate both persons from closing specialized institutions - State Psychiatric Hospitals after an assessment of needs and an individual plan, as well as persons from the community. In order to provide the services, staff will be selected and hired in accordance with the needs of consumer care. He will be trained to provide the new services. Users will have the opportunity to participate in various therapeutic programs, trainings and groups.
