The project will provide support and provision of social services in three residential centers - Center for care of people with mental disorders; Center for care for people with various forms of dementia and Center for care for the elderly in inability to self-care, as a contribution in the context of the overall process to enable independent living of the elderly and people with disabilities by providing quality, accessible and effective cross-sectoral long-term care services tailored to the real needs of people in the community. The implementation of the project will ensure the provision of new services in the community on the territory of the Municipality of Pernik, for which an appropriate infrastructure has been built with funds from the Operational Program "Growing Regions". The project proposal will be implemented in implementation of the measures set out in the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Strategy for Long-Term Care.
