Creation of new jobs within the social economy of Lyaskovets municipality

Project "Creation of new jobs within the social economy of Lyakovets municipality" is providing a sustainable model of municipal social enterprise to support the access to employment and social inclusion of disadvantaged groups at the territory of Lyaskovets municipality, through maintenance of public places and park zones and rehabilitation of municipal property, as well as activities related to the improvement of the green system of Lyaskovets municipality. The main target group of the project is people in a disadvantaged situation at the labour market within Lyaskovets municipality which need additional support in order to overcome their social exclusion. With the expansion of the existing social municipal enterprise for a supported employment the project will provide 15 new jobs for long term unemployed people, unemployed over 54 years, unemployed with a lower education and no professional qualification and people which nee additional support for social inclusion. The main reason for the project is the lack of supporting services for the employment of socially excluded people at the territory of Lyaskovets municipality. The following activities are included within the project: social and professional integration of disadvantaged people at the labour market; provision of equipment and materials for 15 new job places, provision of job mentors for the newly employed people within the social enterprise; providing supporting to employment of 15 people within the municipal social enterprise, popularizing the social enterprise and social economy.
