Socio-economic integration of marginalized communities such as the Roma on the territory of the Svilengrad-Area LAG

Project "Socio-economic integration of marginalized communities such as Roma on the territory of LAG Svilengrad-Area" in the company "PETITSA-1" Ltd., aims to integrate people from marginalized communities such as Roma, looking for work and realization in the field of tailoring, and sustainably integrate them into the labor market. PETITSA-1 EOOD will offer the employees a professional and competent attitude, and will provide them with an opportunity for realization in the field of tailoring services. The project activities are also aimed at achieving the objectives and are in accordance with the guiding principles of the HRD OP and the investment priority. The planned activities meet the needs of the target groups of the project, namely: 4 people from marginalized communities such as Roma - 2 tailors, 1 packer and 1 ironer, iron. The results of the project will contribute to the acquisition of knowledge and the creation of appropriate skills of the target groups according to the specifics of the regional labor market and the needs of employers for labor force with certain characteristics. Investments are aimed at achieving long-term effects and real inclusion in employment, ensuring greater competitiveness and successful integration into the labor market. The project is expected to create employment for 4 jobseekers from marginalized communities such as the Roma. The expected effect on the target group is the inclusion in employment of 4 people for a period of 6 months in the company "PETITSA-1" EOOD.
