"Provision of Patronažna care for elderly people and persons with disabilities in the municipality of Pordim"

The implementation of the project aims at improving the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and the elderly, by providing a network of services in a home environment, that will protect them from the state of emergency caused by COVID19. We have the capacity to provide them, as well as creating an innovative sustainable model for providing hourly mobile integrated social services (Patronažna care for adults and people with disabilities), building up programs in relation to the existing services for the target group and/or expanding the activities on the territory of Pordim municipality: -Improving the lives of people in the target group in the populated areas; -Increasing the capacity of local authorities in the provision of social services in the community; -Creating jobs and opportunities for unemployed people to switch from the social economy sector to the real labour market The target group of the project will be: Older people over 65 with limited or inability to self-service; -People with disabilities and their families-these are people who are unable to self-service in need of care, which is expressed in their supply of basic necessities, food, medicines, etc. The project will include persons meeting the characteristics of the target group. Further activities are foreseen to assess the needs and the selection of users of social services; Provision of hourly social services for target group persons. Integrated services will be provided for no less than 8 months, and anyone in need can receive social services according to their needs.
