"Patronage care for elderly and disabled people in Ugarchin municipality"

The project "Patronage care for elderly and disabled people in Ugarchin municipality" will provide additional public resources to support the measures during the state of emergency and the accompanying necessary period of social exclusion in the territory of Ugarchin. The envisaged home-based services are intended to limit people-to-people contacts by supporting the persons most at risk of COVID-19. The activities envisaged are as follows: 1. Granting services for overcoming the consequences of the coronavirus for people over 65 years of age with limitations or impossibilities for self-care, for people with disabilities and their families, for people who are under quarantine and for those who need social services by hours in the municipality Ugarchin. 2. Organizing transportation for staff providing services to / from the homes of persons. Provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants to service providers. The service will be administered at the hourly service center, which is municipal property. The service staff will consist of drivers and patron workers. The project duration is 8 months. The number of consumers directly affected by the implementation of the project is 36, providing food, food and necessities, including medicines (purchased with consumer funds), payment of household bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (with consumer funds). The implementation of the project proposal of the Municipality of Ugarchin contributes to the prevention and support of access to services of vulnerable persons, people with disabilities for self-care, persons in quarantine period and activities directly related to the protection of the health of the most endangered persons from COVID-19.
