"Give me hope" – home visiting services for adults and people with disabilities in Nedelino municipality

To provide access to the service for the users and ensure their safety, possibilities for transport from/to the homes of the users and protective equipment for the service’s team and the project will be ensured. The project will also include activities for informing and communication with the users about the services and with third parties about financing. It is expected that the number of users will be 30 in 16 locations in the municipality of Nedelino, identified by the Managing authority as acceptable. A separate space for a dispatch center is envisioned where the project will be administered and coordinated.
