Patronage care for the elderly and disabled in Slivnitsa municipality

The project proposal aims to help prevent the mass contamination of people with COVID-19 by providing a network of home-based services that will support those most at risk. A Center for the provision of patronage care services for the elderly and disabled in Slivnitsa Municipality will be established to mobilize and overcome the unprecedented challenges and consequences associated with the outbreak of COVID-19. Target group of the project: 1. People with disabilities and their families; 2. Adults over 65 years of age with limited or no self-care; 3. Co-hosts of social service providers; 4. Adults at risk. The project will be implemented through activities and measures as follows: 1. Selection and recruitment of staff to provide coronavirus effects services 2. Supply of food, food and necessities, incl. medicines (purchased with consumer funds or by means other than the contract), payment of household bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (with consumer funds or other means other than the contract) 3. Transport of personnel providing services to / from the homes of persons 4. Provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants for the service providers.
