Patronage care for the elderly and disabled in the municipality of Razlog

With the project proposal "Patronage care for elderly and disabled people in Razlog municipality" the policies of the present operation for providing additional public resources in support of the state of emergency measures and the consequential period of social isolation will be fulfilled. This will be ensured by providing a network of domestic services with the aim of limiting contact between people, while supporting the ones who are most at risk by COVID-19. The service will be administrated in a building which is property of the Municipality. The envisioned activities are as follows: 1. Selection of staff for providing services for overcoming the consequences of the coronavirus. 2. Delivery of food, food and necessities, incl. medicines (purchased with consumer funds or by means other than the contract), payment of household bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (with consumer funds or other means other than the contract). 3. Providing personal protective equipment and disinfectants for the people providing the services. The personnel will consist of a coordinator, a dispatcher and carriers. The duration of the project and the target group's service is 10 months and the services will be provided according to the needs of the target group and at the time they need. The number of users who they will be directly affected by the implementation of the project in the municipality The reason is 77 persons. Realization of the project proposal of Razlog Municipality contributes to the prevention and support of access to vulnerable persons, disabled people with disabilities self-care, quarantined persons and activities, directly related to the protection of the health of persons at risk in most of COVID-19.
