This project proposal has been prepared to address the unprecedented challenges associated with the pandemic outbreak of COVID 19. The municipality of Gorna Malina has identified a target group who are elderly people over 65 with limited or no self-care, people with disabilities, and people quarantined by the health authorities. The project is planned to reach 35 users who will receive services at home in connection with the state of emergency and the accompanying imperative period of social exclusion, in order to limit contacts between people.
